Shortcut to Deleting a Client File (Desktop) ​

What it is: A keyboard shortcut to start the deletion process for a client file directly from the Client List, without going through the Draftworx Icon menu.

What it's for ​

This shortcut saves a few clicks compared to the menu-based delete method. The same captcha confirmation is still required, so the shortcut does not bypass the safety check.

How to do it ​

  1. Navigate to the Main Client List screen.
  2. Select the client file to delete.
  3. Press the Delete key on the keyboard.
  4. Retype the Captcha Code shown on screen.
  5. Select Delete.
